Is walreviews.com a scam?

This looks like a scam.

Walmart reward page that requires sponsored deals

This page offers a Walmart shopping reward if you enter your email and complete several sponsored deals, and its button takes you to a tracking link on another web address. Its claim notices are made up by its own code, so do not give your email or sign up for deals to get this reward.

Reasons for concern

  • Offers a Walmart reward for sponsored deals

The page offers a Walmart shopping reward in Walmart's blue and says you must enter your email and complete four to six sponsored deals to claim it.

  • Shows made-up claim notices

Every few seconds it shows a notice that someone from a state just claimed their reward. Its own code picks the first name and state at random from fixed lists.

  • Sends you to a tracking link on another site

Its continue button goes to a tracking link on giftclick.org, a different web address.

  • Names no company

The page has no terms, privacy policy, contact details or company name, and does not say whether Walmart has any part in the reward.
