Report to SHEIN

The short answer
Report SHEIN listings and sellers, and recognise the fake partnership offers
SHEIN scams split in two. One is a lookalike login page reached from a pop-up or advert. The other arrives as an offer: a partnership invitation, or a message saying SHEIN has selected you to work from home. Both end with you paying up front.
What they handle
- Problems with a product, seller or review on SHEIN
- Pop-ups and adverts leading to fake SHEIN login pages
- Emails claiming a SHEIN partnership that require payment
- Work-from-home offers claiming to be from SHEIN
How to file a report
- 1
Report the product, seller or review
SHEIN keeps a reporting page for notifying it of an issue with a product, a seller or a review.
- 2
Check the address before you log in
The phishing pages use links that closely resemble the real SHEIN address. Open the app or type the address yourself rather than following a pop-up.
- 3
Never pay to be listed or hired
SHEIN has flagged partnership emails that ask for payment to list products. It has also flagged messages saying you were selected to work online for extra income. Both want money up front, and that is the scam.
- 4
Use customer care for an order
Anything about a real order goes through SHEIN customer care rather than the reporting page.
What you'll need
- The order number, if there is one
- The seller or listing details
- Screenshots of the offer or the message
What to expect
SHEIN acts on listings and sellers on its own platform. A payment sent to a fake partnership or job offer never touched SHEIN, so recovery runs through your bank.
Frequently asked questions
SHEIN emailed offering a paid partnership. Is that genuine?
Treat it as fake if it asks for money. SHEIN has flagged partnership invitations that request payment for product listings and give no other detail.
