Binance takes scam reports from the transaction itself. Open the transaction you believe is fraudulent and use Report Scam, which opens a case report form. Crypto does not come back on its own, so speed and detail both matter.

How to file a report

    Use Report Scam on the transaction

    Go to the details page of the transaction, click Report Scam, and submit the case report form you are redirected to.

    Contact support for anything the form does not cover

    The case form covers withdrawal and payment scams. Other kinds, such as NFT scams, go to Binance Support directly.

    Send the full transaction detail

    Include the transaction ID, date, amount, the scammer's wallet address, and a description of how the scam worked.

    Report phishing sites to the Security Team

    Binance asks you to report any Binance phishing site to the Security Team agent immediately. Do the same if you think you are chatting with a scammer.

What to expect

Binance works with law enforcement and asks you to report to them as well. Reporting can freeze funds that have reached a Binance account, which is why acting the same day matters.
