Reasons for concern
Holds your money and decides when you can take it out
The site says small withdrawals to bKash, Nagad or Binance are approved on their own and larger ones are reviewed, so whoever runs it holds every balance until they choose to pay
Named after Cash App while taking payment in bitcoin
cpay-cash.app is named after Cash App, but money paid through its links leaves Cash App as bitcoin, and Cash App cannot pull it back
Asks you to sign up with a password for a service that is not what it says
The sign-up on cpay-cash.app is headed 'Create your Boltpay account' and takes a name, email and password, but it is not the real Boltpay
Run from the same account as other fake Cash App pages
cpay-cash.app shares its web host account and its sign-up system with usa-cash.app, and its web host account with pay-cashapp.buzz
